SDSU Lake Field Station Field Day

Attend the Oak Lake Field Station field day on Thursday, July 10, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. CDT at the Oak Lake Field Station (19862 483rd Ave., Astoria, SD 57213). Lunch will be provided.

Topics that will be covered at this field day include the effect of pollinators on the plant community, using native plants to restore tall grass prairies, small mammal conservation in South Dakota, and looking at the changing flowering time over 120 years at prairie Coteau.
