Ingredients

  • Pork
    • 1 lbs Ground Pork OR 2-4 Pork Chops
    • 1 tsp Chili Powder
    • 1 tsp Paprika
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1/2 tsp Pepper
    • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • Broth
    • 3 C Chicken Broth
    • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
    • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
    • 1/4 C Heavy Cream
  • Creamy Garlic Sauce
    • 1 Tbsp Butter
    • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
    • 1/4 C Heavy Cream
    • 2 pkgs Ramen Noodles
    • 1 Chopped Green Onions (garnish)
    • 1 tsp Chili Oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Pork. In a bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the pork of your choosing evenly in the mixture and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the Pork. Heat a pan over medium heat, add oil, and cook pork until done.
  3. Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stir and let thicken slightly. Set aside.
  4. Cook Ramen Noodles. Boil water in a pot and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. Make the Spicy Broth. In a pot, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic until aromatic. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and heavy cream. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Assemble the Ramen Bowl. Divide noodles into bowls. Pour broth over noodles. Top with pork and drizzle creamy garlic sauce. Top with garnishes if wanted and ENJOY!
