Fiery Pork Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
- Pork
- 1 lbs Ground Pork OR 2-4 Pork Chops
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
- Broth
- 3 C Chicken Broth
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1/4 C Heavy Cream
- Creamy Garlic Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1/4 C Heavy Cream
- 2 pkgs Ramen Noodles
- 1 Chopped Green Onions (garnish)
- 1 tsp Chili Oil (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the Pork. In a bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the pork of your choosing evenly in the mixture and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Cook the Pork. Heat a pan over medium heat, add oil, and cook pork until done.
- Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stir and let thicken slightly. Set aside.
- Cook Ramen Noodles. Boil water in a pot and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Spicy Broth. In a pot, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic until aromatic. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and heavy cream. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Assemble the Ramen Bowl. Divide noodles into bowls. Pour broth over noodles. Top with pork and drizzle creamy garlic sauce. Top with garnishes if wanted and ENJOY!
