Freezer Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

• 4 lbs Ground Pork
• 2 pureed Medium Onions
• 4 beaten Large Eggs
• 2 C Italian Breadcrumbs
• 1 Tbsp Salt
• 1 tsp Black Pepper
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 Tbsp Dried Basil
• 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Spray a large cookie/baking sheet with cooking spray
3. Add eggs, breadcrumbs, and pureed onion to a very large bowl and mix well
4. In a small bowl mix all seasonings
5. Add ground pork to the very large bowl and sprinkle with seasoning
6. Mix everything together very well
7. Use a 1/5 Tbsp cookie scoop to make meatballs
8. Place each meatball on the prepared cookie sheet
9. Bake for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
10. Either serve immediately or let meatballs cool in freezer/fridge and then place meatballs in Ziplock freezer bag and remove all air before putting away in freezer
