Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 4 Sliced Green Onions
  • 3 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 3 Tbsp Grated Ginger
  • 2 lbs Ground Pork
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 5 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Lime Juiced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil.
  2. Once pan is hot, add grated ginger and garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
  3. Add ground pork and cook until pork is almost cooked through.
  4. Add salt, soy sauce, and honey to ground pork and pork and cook until everything is combined. Then, let the pork cook for another minute or so undisturbed so the bottom can crisp up.
  5. Once pork is done cooking, remove from heat and squeeze juice of one lime on top. Stir till combined
  6. Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds if desired. Serve over rice or with your favorite side.
