Ground Pork Ramen
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 lbs Ground Pork
- 1/2 C Shredded Carrots
- 1 Clove Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 C Brown Sugar
- 1/2 C Soy Sauce
- Dash Red Pepper
- 3 Pkg Ramen Noodles (no seasoning)
- 2 Eggs
Instructions
- In a large skillet heat olive oil then add pork, carrots, and garlic.
- Once pork is browned, add ground ginger, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, and soy sauce. Give it all a stir and let simmer for a few minutes.
- While pork is cooking, cook ramen noodles in boiling water.
- After noodles and pork mixture are cooked, add the ramen to the skillet and stir everything together. The noodles will absorb remaining liquid.
- Move mixture to the side and add eggs to skillet.
- Let eggs cook a bit, break them up, and once mostly cooked stir them around into the noodle mixture.
- Serve with favorite toppings like siracha sauce, green onions, more red pepper flakes, or sesame seeds.
